A qualified voter must be 18 years of age, a U.S. citizen, and a resident of the Weedsport Central School District for 30 days prior to a vote. No pre-registration is required, but it is recommended that all voters have a form of identification (e.g. a driver’s license with current address) that indicates proof of residency.
Qualified district residents who are unable to go to the polls can cast their votes by absentee ballot. For an application, stop in at the district clerk’s office located at 2821 E. Brutus St., or call the District Clerk, Stacie McNabb, at 315-834-6637. If the ballot is to be mailed, the application for the ballot must be received by specific time. Please ask the district clerk for details.
