Weedsport Senior Ivy Miller Commits to D'Youville University for Acrobatics/Tumbling
Weedsport Senior Ivy Miller recently committed to D'Youville University for Gymnastics/Tumbling.
Miller said she has been involved in gymnastics for more than 11 years, and recently got back into it after suffering a shoulder injury.
“I've always wanted to do this at the collegiate level,” she said, “but it didn't seem possible until I found out about Acrobatics and Tumbling. I would like to thank my friends and family for supporting me, and Coach Sophie for giving me the chance to do what I love.”
Miller added that what she will most about Weedsport are her friends, and what she’s looking forward to most is meeting new teammates and competing at the collegiate level.
