Weedsport students travel with veterans to Washington, D.C. for Honor Flight

Two Weedsport Jr.-Sr. High School students had the opportunity to travel with veterans to Washington, D.C. on board the 18th Honor Flight mission from Syracuse airport. Sixth graders blend STEM learning with March Madness excitement

Sixth graders took on a March Madness themed STEM challenge in the Jr.-Sr. High School gymnasium on March 24th. The goal was to switch up how a free throw is shot, and calculate how that impacts a player’s overall shot percentage. The Weedsport Central School District will posthumously induct Clinton Eddy Goodwin into its Sports Hall of Fame.
