Weedsport high school student tests positive for COVID-19

Weedsport Families, On Tuesday, April 20th, after students were dismissed for the day, the District was notified by the Cayuga County Health Department of a student at the Weedsport Jr.-Sr. High School who had tested positive for COVID-19 and had proximate contact with students during the infectious period. All Weedsport Jr.-Sr. High School students to return for in-person learning April 19, Elementary School to extend learning day

District voters to consider $20.4 million budget with 0% tax increase on May 18

On Tuesday, May 18th, Weedsport Central School District residents will vote on a proposed $20,423,622 budget for the 2021-22 school year. At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, April 12th, the Board of Education approved the proposed budget, which has a spending increase of $128,298.
