The Mission of the Weedsport Central School English Language Arts

The mission of the Weedsport English Language Arts Department is to foster an understanding of literature through upper-level critical analysis accessed through the practice and discipline of reading and writing processes.  Our ultimate goal is to prepare Weedsport students for continued personal and academic growth in the areas of criticism, creativity, self-expression and critical thinking across the disciplines beyond graduation.
